Records Request
The Circleville Police Department is pleased to make available to the public information not exempted from disclosure by the General Assembly of the State of Ohio. To serve you as quickly as possible, we ask you submit your request to the following email address: Records@circlevillepolice.com

Helpful information may include the following:
- Event date(s) or date range
- Event location
- Names of people involved (including dates of birth or middle initials if known)
- Any additional information that may help us locate the record you need
All requests for video records are subject to a fee not to exceed $750.00 per Ohio Revised Code 149.73(B)(1) and a link to this statute is provided. In summary, we will respond to your request for a video record with an estimated cost. When the estimated cost is paid in full, the video request will be completed.
